If you have never tried to stand on your head or are intimidated, this is the workshop for you! You will be guided into warm-up yoga postures to open the body up to invert safely. Expert guidance will include working with fears, alternative inversion options and practicing a headstand with one-on-one hands-on support at the wall.

About the Instructor:
