Join us for an evening of conscious play. We will start with a tantrik breathwork practice, suitable for all levels, to help release any stagnancy and open up our energetic channels to bliss. Then participants will be led into dance by moving with each of the five elements. There is no wrong way to move, we will allow our movement to open us up to the true nature of our existence: JOY.
