In this two hour workshop, Kate will introduce you to the basics of a regulated nervous system. Explore kriyas and practices that create ease, calm and creativity in a group setting! Learn simple and effective skills that you can take with you "off of the mat" and into your life. Then experience a 45 minute somatic dreaming session that will begin to close the gap between where you are and where you "want" to be. Jai Jai!

Kate Manuell is a Somatic Coach, Educator, Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher & Astrologer. She leads cacao ceremonies, yoga classes, and retreats all over the seacoast and beyond. She is an enthusiastic student of Trauma Theory, Somatic Experiencing, and the human cognitive ability to redirect unhealthy patterns.
