8-Week Somatic Regulation Series with Kate Manuell

This 8-week series is a deep dive into somatics - any practice that uses the mind-body connection to help you survey your internal self and listen to signals your body sends about areas of pain, discomfort, or imbalance. 

You will learn practical skills to "self regulate", find ease, and create a joyful existence in community. We will also explore non-sleep deep rest, somatic healing journeys, and more.

Anyone looking to feel deeply restful, peaceful, and available for life!

Schedule:

Mondays at 6:15pm starting Monday, Feb 20th and ending April 10th. Each session is 75 minutes long.

Facilitator:

Kate Manuell is a Somatic Coach, Educator, Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher & Astrologer. She leads cacao ceremonies, yoga classes, and retreats all over the seacoast and beyond. She is an enthusiastic student of Trauma Theory, Somatic Experiencing, and the human cognitive ability to redirect unhealthy patterns.
